Refund Policy

We strive to meet our customers’ expectations, therefore, we constantly take care of the quality of the services we provide. You can feel secure ordering new services at Bacloud Data Center as a 30-day money-back policy is guaranteed. To take advantage of this option, you just need to create a support ticket in the Cloudlix client area, specifying the service ID number or server IP address. A refund will be made using the same payment method (or payment system) you used to make the order. It might take from 5 to 10 business days to issue a refund.

Refund terms:

  • Newly registered users can apply for a refund only. A refund will not be issued if the user previously registered, closed, and re-created an account again.
  • If there was more than one service in the order, the money-back guarantee applies to each ordered service.
  • If services are ordered from a reseller of Bacloud – the reseller has to be contacted directly regarding a refund. Refund requests are not processed if there are no services ordered directly from Bacloud.
  • The money-back-guarantee is applied for new services ordered within the past 30 days.

Money-back guarantees do not apply to:

  • Domain registration, renewal, transfer, and configuration fee.
  • Renewals of services.
  • Software licenses or their supplements, SSL certificates, and IP addresses.
  • Installation works when this amount is specified in the invoice at a separate rate.
  • “Add to credit” transactions.
  • Violating Cloudlix’s terms of service or performing prohibited activities in the data center.

Money-back guarantee does not apply to transaction fees – it will be deducted from a total refunded amount. If the payment was made using Alipay, Paypal or Paysera the refund fee is €0.50 + the transaction fee. The refund fee for payments via Coingate (cryptocurrency) or bank transfers is €0.50.
